      - Where is the venue? All conference sessions will take place at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and University United Methodist Church. 
- What is the address of the venue? Austin Seminary is at 100 E. 27th Street, Austin, TX 78705. University UMC is located at 2409 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705. 
- How do I get to the venue? The seminary is near the University of Texas campus and accessible by car, rideshare, or public transport. 
- Where should I stay during the conference? The Moxy Hotel (University) is the official conference hotel, just a 6-minute walk from the Seminary. Limited staff and volunteer housing is available on the Seminary campus. 
- Where can I find campus maps? Maps are available at the end of the document and will be provided on-site.

      - What is the nearest airport? Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). 
- How far is the airport from the venue and hotel? Depending on traffic, it’s an 18-26 minute drive to Austin Seminary, University UMC, or the Moxy Hotel. 
- What transportation options are available from the airport? - Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft): Cost ranges from $25-$40. 
- Taxis: Available in the same area as rideshare pickups. 
 
- Where do I find rideshare pickups at the airport? Exit via baggage claim or the main level, cross to the rental car area, and proceed to the G Level of the Consolidated Rental Car Facility.

Our main hotel partner is the Moxy Hotel, located just a 2-minute walk from University UMC, and just a 6-minute walk from Austin Seminary. A limited number of discounted rooms of $159 p/n for a single queen room, and $179 p/n for a double queen room are available for reservation until October 22. The link to access PYM rates is emailed to you automatically after conference registration. If you didn’t receive that email, contact coordinator@progressiveym.org 
- What is the address of the Moxy Hotel? 2552 Guadalupe Street, Austin, TX 78705. 
- What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. 
- Is there luggage storage available? Yes, limited storage is available at the Moxy Hotel on a first-come, first-served basis. Call ahead to confirm availability at (737) 471-2621. Alternatively, luggage storage will be available through Thursday afternoon at University UMC. 
- What other lodging options are there? A very limited number of hotel-style rooms are available at Austin Seminary at $159 for two queen beds. Contact coordinator@progressiveym.org for information. We also encourage you to explore local Airbnbs and joining together with other conference participants. If we open additional discounted room blocks, we will let you know.

      - Where do I check in for the conference? Check-in will be located at University UMC, at 2409 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705. 
- When is check-in open? - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM. 
- Late arrivals: Check-in is available until 9:00 PM.

      - Are meals included in the conference ticket? No, meals are not included. Attendees are encouraged to explore local dining options nearby through our restaurant guide. **Meals with speakers are also available as add-ons. 
- Will snacks be provided? Yes, snacks and coffee/water/soda are provided during morning and afternoon breaks on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 
- Will there be food trucks? Yes, food trucks will be available on Friday evening on the Seminary campus during the Yard Party & Street Festival.

      - Is the conference venue accessible? Yes, all buildings are fully accessible and ADA compliant. Additional assistance can be arranged by contacting coordinator@progressiveym.org. 
- Will live captioning be available? Yes, automated live captions will be displayed during most workshops and sessions. 
- Are restrooms inclusive? Yes. Most restrooms on the Seminary campus, at the Moxy Hotel, and University UMC are gender-neutral and designed for privacy.

      What weather should I expect? - Daytime: 70°F - 75°F. 
- Evening: 50°F - 55°F. Rain is possible but rare, so check the forecast before packing. If rain happens, PYM has inexpensive umbrellas for sale at the T-shirt bar.

      - Where is the exhibit hall located? There will be two exhibit spaces: The first floor (Wardlaw Commons) of the Wright Learning and Information Center at Austin Seminary. A second exhibit space will be located in the Fellowship Hall of University UMC. 
- What are the exhibit hall hours? - Thursday, November 13: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. 
- Friday, November 14: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM 
 
- When can exhibitors set up their booths? Setup is on Thursday, November 13, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 
- What is the teardown time for exhibits? Exhibits may be removed starting Friday at 3:30 PM and no later than 6:30 PM.
