A distinguished scholar with a Ph.D. from Fuller Theological Seminary, Amy E. Jacober graces the halls of Truett Theological Seminary as an associate professor of practical theology and youth ministry. Her profound contributions to the field are encapsulated in her authorship of the Nelson's Annual Youth Ministry Sourcebook (2004-2009) and The Pastor's Guide to Youth Ministry. Amy's insights have also enriched numerous articles for esteemed publications such as The Journal of Student Ministries, YouthWorker Journal, and the Journal of Youth and Theology.

A Research Professor and Director of the Master of Arts in Youth Ministry, Dr. Andrew Zirschky brings over 20 years of youth ministry experience across Idaho, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Tennessee. He graces the halls of Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and Ph.D. from Princeton Theological Seminary.
Previously, Andrew led as the Academic Director at the Center for Youth Ministry Training, founding both the Innovation Lab and Theology Together, now Holy Disruptions. His books, including "Beyond the Screen" and "Teaching Outside the Box," explore youth culture, technology, and faith formation.
An avid traveler, Andrew has visited nearly 30 countries and is an advanced scuba diver. At home, he's a dabbling woodworker and maintains a marine reef aquarium. Andrew is also a dedicated father to Evan, Silas, and Oliver, passionately supporting faith formation through identity, self-esteem, love, and justice.

Brightening the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis, Heather Lea Campbell walks alongside young people in faith as the Diocesan Youth Minister, creating spaces where they can grow and thrive. With a passion for empowering women to find their strength and voice, she founded Women in Youth Ministry—a community built on connection, leadership, and belonging.

Embarking on a new adventure as a first-time author, Jacob Eckerberger of Minneapolis, MN, took the timeless advice to heart: "Write what you know." Surrounded by his loving family, who endure his endless supply of dad jokes, Jacob finds joy in the laughter of his son—old enough to be embarrassed, yet still chuckling along.
With his debut book, Jacob seeks to share these cherished moments of humor with his kids, while also offering valuable ideas for finding content for church. Through his writing, he highlights resources that empower congregations, leveraging the power of digital platforms and social media to strengthen community bonds.

Juggling roles as Director of Scholarship & Leadership Programs, pastor of Covina Community Church (UCC), and Managing Editor for InsideOut Camp Curriculum, Rev. Lee Yates is a dynamic leader. Armed with a BA in Public Relations from Chapman University and an MDiv from Lexington Theological Seminary, he’s served congregations across Kentucky, Mid-America, and Indiana. Lee's creative and compassionate spirit shines through his work, from authoring Faith Formation with a New Generation to trauma-informed care education. Outside of work, Lee's passions include Star Wars, Marvel movies, basketball, soccer, and working from Disneyland.

From the soothing presence of water, Phil finds his truest happiness, whether he's by, on, or in it. As a dedicated member of the UMC and Austin Seminary Staff, he leads the way in Church and Society work, bringing a unique blend of pastoral wisdom and fresh coaching skills. Recently trained as a coach, Phil has added a new dimension to his extensive pastoral background. His life is a tapestry of love and laughter, shared with his spouse, three wonderful kids, and their spirited one-and-a-half dogs.

From Silver Spring, Maryland, Rudy serves as the Associate for Congregational Innovation at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Through the 787 Collective, he guides young adults on their spiritual journeys, drawing from nearly a decade of experience in community engagement and ministry. Rudy's passion for community building and social witness began in his local Baptist Church, inspired by his mother's faith and the concept of "hope as a discipline" by Mariame Kaba. With an MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary, Rudy is driven to create a world where everyone can flourish and live abundantly well.

A dedicated leader at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Dr. Sarah Allen serves as Associate Dean for Ministerial Formation and Advanced Studies. Previously, she shaped the spiritual lives of young people at First Presbyterian Church in Austin. Her commitment to theological education is reflected in her adjunct teaching role and contributions to the seminary community.
Deeply engaged in Mission Presbytery, Dr. Allen has ministered at John Knox Ranch and authored curricula for youth ministry. She actively participates in professional organizations and volunteers in her local community, supporting her children’s schools through the PTA and Girl Scouts.

A visionary practical theologian, educator, and social impact strategist, Rev. Terence L. Mayo (he/they) is on a mission to co-create change through social justice, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and racial equity. At the helm of the Community Ministry at the Center for Youth Ministry Training (CYMT), Terence crafts transformative programs that equip leaders for vibrant community-based organizations and multicultural church ministries. With a career spanning congregational ministry, education, and local government, his influence is far-reaching. A distinguished fellow with institutions like Vanderbilt and Georgetown, Terence holds degrees in Business Administration, Education, and Religion.

A seasoned ministry professional with over 12 years of experience, Tiffany (she/they) has joined GracePointe. Their journey has been dedicated to guiding kids and youth, helping them connect their minds, hearts, and actions to live out their faith more fully. Tiffany's passion for social justice and leadership shines both within the church and the community.
Outside of their ministry work, Tiffany's life is equally vibrant. They coach soccer, enjoy hiking in nature, and embrace their creative side. Sharing these moments are their two beloved dogs, Rue and Emerson.
