IgniteUs will explore three elements of equipping youth & adults for faithful discipleship. The first is inspiring and equipping youth to take ownership of leading ministry. The second is building teams of adults and youth to plan, implement, and evaluate ministries together. The third is a curriculum approach grounded in wondering and play that honors each participant as co-explorers. Participants will leave with conversation starters and a template to begin this work in their ministry context.
