Get Your Act Together: Sustainability, Systems & A Better Way to Lead [Pre-Conference Intensive] (Copy)
This three-hour hands-on intensive will be focused on getting you and your ministry the systems and structures they need to do more than just survive. Led by youth-pastor-turned-consultant Kat Bair, this intensive will cover personal time-blocking practices, volunteer systems, contact spreadsheets, and more in a pragmatic, accessible way. You can expect to get some work done, so bring your calendars, your volunteer list, and your good coffee cup.
Drawing on principles that are core to the work of Ministry Architects, we’ll focus on practical tools along with the cultural habits that build capacity, connection, and investment from teenagers and their families.
You’ll leave with:
Diagnostic tools to assess their ministry;
Templates for key documents;
Roadmap for building a youth ministry that’s resilient, sustainable, and a bit more put together.
This pre-conference intensive workshop meets from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13. Exact meetup location and other details will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the conference.
